Well Done is an Emergency Management Support specialist. Our clients include Rural Fire Services and State Emergency Services, government and industry bodies, crisis management consultants and corporate clients managing large resource and infrastructure projects.
The central focus is to determine the level of response required and reach the right people to assist, quickly. Training and systems development is undertaken on an ongoing basis to improve agent productivity, build out error and ensure effective control over escalations in progress.
Where Emergency Management support differs from our standard escalation services is that while an escalation may take place, the scale or intensity of incidents can be more severe, and may require more judgment and experience guiding a highly coordinated response. The involvement of our Team Leaders and Operational Staff is typically much greater in these cases than more routine or predictable sequences of escalation support.
