Well Done support the Cliniko web calendar booking system. This is a very easy practice management web based software with good customer database functionality. It handles multi-practitioner and multi-site businesses well and is very quick to learn. Both call centre and practitioner can book to it with different levels of access (e.g. call centre and receptionist level has no access to your patient notes, which is as it should be!). It now also has an online booking facility for your customers. Recommended.
eAlth is a complete practice management system. It supports secure patient notes, tracks surveys and referrals, provides a patient database, integrates with popular accounting software and has an excellent web calendar that filters views by practitioner or location.
