Well Done handles a wide range of escalation support for many industries. Much of this work is after hours, and as an employer you may be concerned about your WHS duty of care to staff and contractors working alone on jobs for you after hours or in remote locations.
We can monitor the welfare of your people when they accept call out jobs from us or anytime, whether or not you have an escalation support service in place with us.
Your main welfare support options are:
- Our Lone Worker Check System – this is a low cost application that anyone in your organisation can use anytime for work, travel or meetings.
- Escalation response to GPS alert received; or
- We can develop a custom database application to your service specifications.
Outside mobile coverage?
We can still provide support for people working in remote locations with satellite phones with our Lone Worker Check System. Your people must call us and we will escalate to their managers if a scheduled check is missed.
A simple follow up call can be scheduled as part of your existing escalation service when staff are called out. This is less flexible than a dedicated welfare monitoring service, but it may suffice for some purposes.
